Having been first established by Samuel Gibson in 1924, the company has now been in business for 80 years, during which time we are proud to have provided a first class service in the field of heating and other building services to the construction industry, manufacturing, commerce and the domestic customer.

Now under the control of the grandson of the founder, the company is firmly established in Scotland as a major force in the field of heating and mechanical services in all types of buildings. Customers include Local Authorities, Health Boards, Public Bodies, Building Contractors, Manufacturers, Retail Outlets and many private domestic customers.

The strength of the company has been built up through its attention to customers' requirements and the desire to provide a quality service at all times. Considerable investment has been put into training and equipment in order to ensure the company is able to deliver a service backed up by current technology.

All our customers are important to us, regardless of size, and it is our aim to ensure that we provide a quality service in each and every case. To underpin our determination to provide such a service, we have recently achieved certification of our Quality Management System to BS EN ISO 9001 : 2000, and we have also passed the HVCA Inspection and Assessment audit.

We carry professional indemnity, contractors all risks and liability insurances to appropriate levels.

We are members of the Heating and Ventilating Contractors Association, Electrical Contractors Association of Scotland, Scottish and Northern Ireland Plumbing Employers Federation and are registered with CORGI and OFTEC.
